Today, we kicked off our AESA New Governing Board training with an inspiring start! Our dedicated school board members in Pinal County took the time to introduce themselves and shared their personal journeys behind why they decided to serve. Their passion for education and community really shone through! 💬
Throughout the day, they are diving into the core aspects of their essential roles and learning about the important legal duties that come with being a school board member. It's an exciting journey of growth and collaboration as they strengthen their leadership skills and prepare to make a positive impact on our schools.
